To be sold on May 28, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at the 5th Street South door of the Courthouse, Ironton, Ohio. Bidding will start at 2/3’s of the appraised amount and the property will not be sold for less than that.
In accordance with House Bill 138 legislation, all successful bidders will be required to deposit AT THE TIME OF SALE an amount equivalent to 10% of the appraised value of the property. No personal checks will be accepted. Certified checks or bank drafts must be payable to the “Sheriff of Lawrence County” or “Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.”
