In pursuance of an Order of Sale issued from said Court of Common Pleas in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction at the door of the Court House in Ironton, in the above-named County, on Friday the 25th date of September, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., the following described real estate situated in the County of Lawrence and State of Ohio and in the Townships of Upper and Perry, to wit:

Bidding on the property will start at $13,165.42
A minimum deposit of 20% of the starting bid will be required at the time of the sale in a certified payment. In the event that the Plaintiff is the successful bidder, no deposit will be required.
In the event that this property does not sell on September 25th, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., it will be auctioned a second time on Friday, October 9th, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. The terms will remain the same.
