To be sold on January 20, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at the 5th Street South door of the Court House, Ironton, Ohio. Bidding will start at 2/3’s of the appraised amount and property will not be sold for less. The second provisional sale date is February 3,  2017.
 
In accordance with House Bill 390 legislation, all successful Third Party bidders will be required to deposit the following AT THE TIME OF SALE:

                                         > $10,000 </= $200,000 = Deposit of $5,000
                                         > $200,000 = Deposit of $10,000
 
No personal checks will be accepted.  Certified payments to be payable to the “Sheriff of Lawrence County” or “Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office”.
