To be sold on August 30, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at the 5th Street South door of the Court House, Ironton, Ohio. Bidding will start at 2/3’s of the appraised amount and and property will not be sold for less.
In accordance with House Bill 138 legislation, all successful bidders will be required to deposit AT THE TIME OF SALE an amount equivalent to 10% of the appraised value of the property unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific sale. No personal checks will be accepted. Certified payments to be payable to the “Sheriff of Lawrence County” or “Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.”
